What a disappointment! Spending my Xmas at this hotel was a total letdown. the only good thing about it was the view from the room. the manager was rude and unhelpful, and the so-called "knowledge" shared about the wildlife was boring and uninspiring. the giraffe safari was a joke - we barely got within 50 meters of the giraffes and the photo opportunities were subpar. the twin room we booked was cramped and dirty, definitely not worth the price we paid. And don't even get me started on the dinner - the game meat was dry and tasteless, and the dessert was nothing special.
It's in the middle of nowhere, with no nearby attractions or activities. Plus, the check-in and check-out process was a disaster.

I had an exceptional stay at a beautiful lodge surrounded by breathtaking nature. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was luxurious. The view from the lodge was stunning, with a peaceful river flowing nearby. The provided dinner was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left me fully satisfied. I also enjoyed exploring the trails on the property, encountering zebras, giraffes, and other incredible wildlife. The Koi pond added a unique touch to the ambiance. Although there were some minor inconveniences like the lack of in-room dining and limited wifi in certain areas, these didn't overshadow the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend this lodge for a memorable and tranquil getaway.
